The fourth game of the season presents Utah State with a chance to rebound against what ended up feeling like a disappointingly close victory on Wednesday. The Aggies take on UTEP just a few days after beating Weber State 83-73, which featured a press conference in which head coach Jerrod Calhoun got after his team for being entitled and distracted by social media.

Having had time to try to improve upon the uglier parts of the win over Weber State, which dropped Utah State eight spots in the KenPom rankings, Saturday’s game will be the proving grounds for the Aggies. They will have to do it short-handed, though, with one starter having to sit this one out and a true freshman likely to make his first career start.
Here’s all of the necessary info ahead of this next game for Utah State.
How to watch
- Tip-off: 7 p.m. (Mountain Time)
- Location: Dee Glen Smith Spectrum (Logan, UT)
- TV Broadcast: KMYU and the Mountain West Network
- Radio Broadcast: KVNU (102.1 FM, 610 AM) / kvnutalk.com / KVNU mobile app
KVNU Aggie GameDay pregame show with Stockton Jewkes and J.D. Walker: Saturday’s Aggie coverage on KVNU will be mixed due to Utah State football playing at 5 p.m against UNLV. A joint pregame show for football and basketball will begin at 12 p.m. with the broadcast switching from basketball to football, potentially with some overlap between the two games.
KVNU Aggie Call: Due to the USU football game taking place almost immediately after the conclusion of the basketball game, Aggie Call will begin after the end of the football game with joint coverage of both the basketball and football games.
