Utah State to play in Potato Bowl against Georgia State – Cache Valley Daily
The Aggies knew they’ve been bowl bound for more than a week, but now the destination of that bowl has been announced. Utah State will play in the Famous Idaho Potato Bowl on Dec. 23 at 1:30 p.m. against Georgia State. The Aggies have never faced Georgia State throughout its history, though head coach Blake Anderson coached against the Panthers six times while head coach at Arkansas State, going 5-1 in those matchups. The news was first reported around noon on Sunday, first by The Atlanta Journal-Constitution and later by others.
