LOGAN – Cache Valley Media Group has announced its 2025 All-Region 11 basketball honors, recognizing standout players and coaches from another competitive season in Northern Utah. Green Canyon and Ridgeline emerged as the dominant programs, with players and coaches from both schools earning the region’s top accolades.
Region 11 Boys Player of the Year: Jude Haigh
Leading the charge in boys’ basketball was Jude Haigh of Green Canyon, who was named Region 11 Player of the Year. The senior guard averaged 21.96 points, 5.41 rebounds, and 1.19 steals per game, guiding the Wolves to a Region 11 title and a deep state playoff run. Haigh was also recognized multiple times as the Cache Valley Media Group Region 11 Boys Prep Player of the Week.
Region 11 Boys Coach of the Year: Logan Brown
Green Canyon’s Logan Brown was honored as Coach of the Year, recognized for leading the Wolves to a Region 11 championship and a runner-up finish in the 4A boys basketball championship.
Region 11 Boys Defensive Player of the Year: Dawson Low
On the defensive end, Dawson Low of Ridgeline was named Defensive Player of the Year, with his 2.76 steals per game making him a key defensive presence on the court for the Riverhawks.
Region 11 Boys 6th Man of the Year: Jamison Thomson
Jamison Thomson, also of Green Canyon, earned Sixth Man of the Year honors, providing a spark off the bench with 5.33 points and 2.93 rebounds per game.

Region 11 Girls Player of the Year + Defensive Player of the Year: Emilee Skinner
On the girls’ side, Emilee Skinner of Ridgeline swept multiple honors, earning Region 11 Player of the Year and Defensive Player of the Year. The senior averaged 26.27 points, 10.15 rebounds, and 4.96 assists per game, leading the Riverhawks to their fourth straight Region 11 championship and third straight 4A girls basketball championship. Defensively, Skinner was a force with 3.77 steals and 1.46 blocks per game.
The Duke commit has also been recognized as the Utah Sports Commission Female Athlete of the Year, Utah MaxPreps High School Girls Basketball Player of the Year, McDonald’s All-American, and Naismith High School All-America 3rd Team.
Region 11 Girls Coach of the Year: Ainslee Jenks (+ Scott Jackson)
Ridgeline girls basketball coach Ainslee Jenks was recognized as Coach of the Year, having guided Ridgeline to its third straight 4A girls’ basketball title and another undefeated season. Jenks spent much of the season recovering from an Achilles injury which made it difficult for her to coach off the bench. Assistant Scott Jackson was on his feet, pacing the sidelines and shouting plays and encouragement to the Riverhawks throughout the season.
Region 11 Girls 6th Woman of the Year: Abby Hobbs
Rounding out the honors, Abby Hobbs of Ridgeline was named Sixth Woman of the Year for her contributions off the bench for the state champion Riverhawks.
