Top 25 Aggies of 2024 – #16 Wyatt Bowles | Sports

We enter the third week of reveals for the Top 25 Aggies of the 2024 football season and its time to reveal No. 16 on the list — Wyatt Bowles. Bowles is the elder statesman of the team, now entering his seventh season with Utah State. His tenure dates all the way back to 2018. Injuries and redshirt seasons limited his appearances on the field for his first three. In 2021 and 2022, Bowles did appear in nearly every one of Utah State’s games, but it was largely on special teams. In 2023, Bowles got his big break, playing in 12 of USU’s 13 games, starting eight times at left guard. He also played tight end for a handful of games early in the year when Utah State was short of healthy, experienced players at that position. The Top 25 Aggies is based on a vote from members of Utah State media including Jason Walker, Eric Frandsen, Craig Hislop and Ajay Salvesen. A public fan poll was also used with its results being used as a fifth ballot. The full list of 25 players will be revealed one at a time each weekday on the Full Court Press (106.9 FM, 1390
