The Cache Valley Media Group Top 25 Aggies of 2024 continues with the No. 23 player on the list, junior defensive tackle Bo Maile. Maile is the nephew of longtime assistant coach and former USU player, Frank Maile, and is entering his fourth season with the program. He redshirted in 2021 and has since appeared in 22 games across his redshirt freshman year in 2022 and sophomore 2023 campaign. He’s accumulated 12 tackles and one sack with a career-high three tackles coming in two of last year’s games, at Iowa and against Fresno State, and is primed for a breakout season with a potentially bigger role following the departure of some of the players ahead of him on the depth chart. The Top 25 Aggies is based on a vote from members of Utah State media including Jason Walker, Eric Frandsen, Craig Hislop and Ajay Salvesen. A public fan poll was also used with its results being used as a fifth ballot. The full list of 25 players will be revealed one at a time each weekday on the Full Court Press (106.9 FM, 1390 AM) at 4:25 p.m. from July 22 until August 26.
