ST. GEORGE – The 4A basketball tournament got underway Monday morning with a Sky View Bobcat victory over Crimson Cliffs, 66-58. Later in the afternoon, it was the Ridgeline Riverhawks dispatching fellow Region 11 foe Green Canyon 75-44.
As the girls tournament got underway on the campus of Dixie State University, it was another Region 11 rematch as Sky View defeated Mountain Crest 52-39. Ridgeline and Green Canyon play in later games (Ridgeline tipped off at 7:30 p.m. vs Dixie and Green Canyon faces Snow Canyon at 9:10 p.m.) This story will be updated as games go final.
